An innovative company

Founded in 2008 by specialists in geomatics and 3D imaging, RhinoTerrain SAS was the national winner of the iLAB competition, which supports the creation of innovative technology companies.

We develop a range of 3D GeoModeling software that meets the needs of various fields of application: GIS, 3D urban data production, civil engineering, 3D engineering, photogrammetry, and solar calculations.

Our range of 3D GeoModeling solutions is based on Rhinoceros^®software.

Last call for Rhino 7

Rhino 7 has been a key part of our journey, but it's time to move forward.

The upcoming releases of our solutions, scheduled for November 2025 will be the last versions compatible with Rhino 7. All available builds can still be downloaded from our website under the Versions section.

From now, we're now focusing all our development efforts on Rhino 8, to take full advantage of its improved performances, new API, and enhanced modeling features.

This transition marks an exciting step toward faster workflows, smarter tools, and greater creative freedom.

We're here to help you make the move when you're ready!

For users with an active Maintenance & Support contract
If you do not yet have Rhino 8, please contact us to discuss the upgrade terms and conditions for your Rhino 7 version. We will then provide you with new license numbers for your rhinoTerrain, rhinoCapture, rhinoCity, and rhinoSolar software that are compatible with Rhino 8.

For users wihtout a contract
Please reach out our team. We'll be happy to provide you with an upgrade proposal to both Rhino and your rhinoTerrain, rhinoCapture, rhinoCity, and rhinoSolar software, at the best possible terms.
